Our weather-beaten sign is now the property of new owners: ODOT!

You may have noticed that our sign on Montgomery Road has, well, seen better days. The weather wasn’t as nice as it was in this picture when a storm ripped the sign in half. We are currently waiting for an update on the Montgomery Road expansion in front of our building before installing a new sign (since the old sign is now owned by ODOT and will be in the right hand lane soon). We appreciate your patience and will post any new information about road construction in front of the building on this blog.

Once the expansion begins in our area, please be aware that construction will cause delays and traffic may be heavier. Allow yourself plenty of time to get to your appointments. Don’t worry if you get here early – you can always enjoy free Wi-Fi and snacks from our refreshment station! Consider our comfy, soothing waiting room a great alternative to sitting in gridlock traffic.

One of our gifts to Mandy was a hand-crafted greeting card, made by our very talented dental assistant, Yolanda!

The staff surprised one of our hygienists, Mandy, with a baby shower for her upcoming baby boy, Henry. Mandy will be leaving for maternity leave in early August and returning in October. We extend all our best wishes to her and her (growing!) family.

Dr. E, Michelle, and Dr. B join the staff in celebrating Michelle's 20 years with Roberts & Roberts, DDS.

In July of 1989, Drs. Roberts hired a bright, cheerful young lady as their front office receptionist. Twenty years later, Michelle is still with us – bright and cheerful as ever! As our treatment coordinator, she has been a driving force in the success of our practice. There’s been a lot of changes over the years as our practice has grown, but one constant has been Michelle’s commitment to patient care and making sure that every patient is treated with respect, compassion, and a smile.

To celebrate her 20^th anniversary with the Roberts & Roberts family, the staff gathered at The Montgomery Inn to pay tribute to our beloved treatment coordinator. Over a big lunch (complete with plastic bibs), we shared stories and had a great time. We snapped the picture below before hitting the “sauce” (rib sauce, that is!).

Michelle thanks all of our wonderful patients and is so happy to have been able to make a real difference, not just in our practice, but in the lives of all the people she’s helped over her twenty years with us. We know she’s been a special part of your lives just as she has been in ours. So, next time you see Michelle’s smiling face when you come to the front desk, tell her congrats and happy 20^th anniversary!
